Allie’s career in healthcare has allowed her to leverage her interest in science and medicine to fulfill her life’s ultimate call of helping others. As a physician assistant in family and emergency medicine since 2017, she has learned firsthand that the physical health of any individual is impacted deeply by their mental health. Allie has found that patients often struggle in caring for their body simply because they do not yet have the knowledge and support they need to first care for their mind and their soul. Allie spends time with her patients to understand their needs and their goals so that together, they can carefully tailor a medication management plan to support the cognitive and emotional skills they are learning.
